I had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were modern and clean with easy self-check-in and check-out. The staff were friendly and accommodating with early check-in and extending my stay. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the bed was so comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast offered, which was included in our stay. The hotel’s location near Lugano, Locarno, and Bellinzona was perfect for our day trips. the apartment was very modern and easy to check-in to.

The industrial location wasn’t the best, but it didn’t affect our stay too much. However, it would have been nice to have access to the kitchen without having to pay an additional fee.

Secondly, the location was convenient, especially for those travelling by car, as it was easy to go anywhere from the hotel. Additionally, the self-check-in system was a breeze, saving me time and effort. Lastly, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check-in early and even adding an extra night to my stay seamlessly.

The check, in process was incredibly easy and convenient. We were able to do it on our own with a 24/7 self check, in machine. the apartment was spotlessly clean and well, equipped with everything we needed. the location was great, situated in a commercial area close to town. Plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable!

We were surprised to find out that the use of the kitchen came at an extra price per day. the note over the sink was a bit off, putting since we expected to have access to the whole apartment when we booked.
